Raw Material Music and Media

Refurbishment and extension of a three-story space in Brixton for Raw Material Music & Media Education Ltd creating a cutting-edge hub for music, media, and creative enterprise. The upgraded space features professional recording studios, a digital suite, DJ and video production equipment, a live room, and a brand-new attic coworking space, all designed to nurture talent, foster creativity, and support mental well-being. The project was supported by the Arts Council England Capital Investment Programme and Lambeth Council's future Workspace Fund.
