Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We will be accepting applications for a five-year BSc (Hons) Chartered Surveying Degree Apprenticeship (Quantity Surveying) beginning in September 2026. The programme is delivered in partnership with London South Bank University (LSBU).

LSBU BSc (Hons) Chartered Surveying Degree Apprenticeship - Quantity Surveying

Apprentices will gain practical experience in cost management and project delivery while studying towards a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree. The programme is fully accredited by RICS and provides a pathway to chartered status.

Entry requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English
  • Level 3 qualification (e.g. A-Levels, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent)
  • Interest in construction and the built environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Programme structure

  • Duration: 5 years, plus an End Point Assessment period
  • Study mode: One day a week at LSBU,
