We are an independent quantity surveying and project management consultancy that was established over 30 years ago. We have offices in both London and Nottingham providing us with an extensive geographical reach.

Our mission is to facilitate quality developments that meet our clients’ budgets and timescales. To achieve this we work closely with clients and designers, utilising our expertise in management, procurement and cost and combining it with our knowledge and appreciation of design.

We work from inception through to completion, adapting our service to the specific needs and requirements of the project. Our approach is inherently collaborative. Projects have been widely published.

At Stockdale, we believe that great work starts with great people. We’re a growing team of quantity surveyors, project managers, and consultants who take pride in delivering thoughtful, well-executed projects across a range of sectors — from heritage and education to high-end residential and commercial schemes.
