This project is a new mixed-use development in London that includes 40 apartments at mixed-tenure and a ground floor commercial space. Built to Sustainable Homes Code 3 and incorporating solar water heating and grey water recycling, the materiality is a selection of bright copper sheet, gabion and ivy facades.
