Nunhead Green

A new build, low-energy community centre in the London Borough of Southwark, this project further includes 22 new homes at mixed-tenure. The development is inspired by the area’s existing architecture, borrowing its red brick construction from nearby Victorian terraced housing and its herringbone facade from the neighbouring pub.
