An ambitious project in engineering and interior design terms, this triplex apartment has been created behind the façade of the old London College of Arts in Chelsea. The apartment incorporates gymnasium, spa, home cinema and features a spectacular helical staircase with permanent art works by Based Upon, Bernard Pictet and Lenka Beillevert. The floor is finished in timber and marble, while a glass spiral staircase connects all three levels.
