Masterplan cost consultancy for proposed new school on the site of a former biscuit factory in Bermondsey, London. Situated next to railway viaducts leading into London Bridge mainline train station, the school features a sports hall elevated over the playground on the second floor and rooftop playgrounds. Part of a wider local mixed use regeneration programme by Grosvenor Estates.
