Cardiff Park Plaza

A mixed use scheme including updating an award-winning 120-bed hotel in central Cardiff, this refurbishment retained the existing concrete frame and structural floors. Including the provision of hotel facilities, complete fitting-out and room dressing. A health spa including pool, jaccuzzi, saunas, gymnasium and massage rooms was also completed. Finally the scheme comprised new air-conditioned office spaces in Cardiff; this project retained the existing concrete frame and structural floors. Including landlord works such as new entrance area, lifts and W.C’s, each office was created to individual tenant requirements over a total area spanning 40,000sq ft.
